The EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti XC3 is a PCI Express 4.0 graphics card built for 1440p gaming and content creation. It uses the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series GPU with 6144 CUDA cores and 8GB of GDDR6X memory on a 256-bit interface. The boost clock reaches 1770 MHz while the effective memory clock runs at 19000 MHz. It supports up to four displays via one HDMI 2.1 and three DisplayPort 1.4a outputs.

Sustained load behaviour with 290W TDP

The card carries a Thermal Design Power of 290W and requires a 650W or greater power supply with two 8-pin or 6+2-pin PCIe connectors. Under continuous load the GPU maintains its 1770 MHz boost clock within the power envelope defined by the 290W rating. The iCX3 cooling system manages heat across the GPU, memory and VRM zones to keep frequencies stable during extended sessions. Driver support includes DirectX 12 Ultimate and OpenGL 4.6 for modern APIs.

Thermals noise and power in normal use

Triple fans and the iCX3 cooler deliver higher performance cooling with much quieter acoustic output during typical gaming workloads. The all-metal backplate adds structural rigidity and helps disperse heat from the rear of the PCB. Adjustable ARGB lighting can be synchronised or disabled through EVGA Precision X1 software. HDCP 2.3 support ensures compatibility with protected 4K content playback.
