The Intel 530 Series is a 120GB internal solid state drive built with MLC memory for desktop and laptop upgrades. It connects through a standard SATA interface and delivers sequential reads up to 540 MBps and writes up to 490 MBps.
NCQ AES S.M.A.R.T. and Rapid Storage
Native Command Queuing reorders requests to reduce latency while end-to-end data protection and 256-bit AES encryption guard stored information. Intel Rapid Storage Technology and S.M.A.R.T. monitoring add drive health visibility and RAID support.
SATA III caps throughput at 6 Gbps
