This 256GB kit contains sixteen 16GB DDR5-4800 registered DIMMs built for the Thinkmate HDX-QN8-52E4 high-density server. ECC and registered buffering protect data integrity under sustained enterprise workloads. The modules run at 1.10V with CL40 latency and use major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix components. Buyers needing non-ECC or unbuffered memory for consumer platforms cannot use this kit.

Sixteen-module pack fills all slots in supported

The package delivers the full 256GB capacity across sixteen identical 1Rx8 RDIMMs, so no mixing of densities or ranks is required. Registered signalling and on-die ECC reduce electrical load on the memory controller and correct single-bit errors automatically. No heat spreaders are included, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling. Systems that require registered DIMMs with a different pin count, voltage or latency profile will not accept these modules.

Verify DDR5 RDIMM support

Confirm the target server accepts 288-pin DDR5 registered ECC DIMMs at 4800MT/s and provides at least sixteen DIMM slots. The motherboard BIOS must support 1Rx8 registered modules at 1.10V without manual voltage adjustment. Platforms limited to unbuffered UDIMMs, lower DDR generations or fewer than sixteen slots cannot accommodate this kit.
