This NEMIX RAM kit provides 384GB of DDR5 4800 memory across twelve 32GB registered DIMMs. It is built for Supermicro CloudDC SuperServer platforms including the SYS-621C-TN12R, SYS-611C-TN4R and SYS-121C-TN2R. The modules run at 1.1V with CL40 latency and use 1Rx4 organisation.

Suits registered DDR5 servers only

IT teams managing compatible Supermicro CloudDC SuperServer systems can use this kit to maximise memory capacity with ECC protection. Workstations or desktops that require unbuffered UDIMMs or a different DDR generation cannot use these registered modules.

288-pin DDR5 RDIMM form factor

Each module uses the 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM interface, so the motherboard must provide registered DDR5 slots. A board wired for UDIMMs or an earlier DDR generation will not accept this kit.
