Noctua NT-H1 is a hybrid thermal paste supplied in a 3.5g syringe. The grey compound operates reliably from -50 to 110 °C and has earned more than 150 awards since 2007. It is designed for air and liquid coolers on desktop processors and graphics cards.

The paste requires no manual spreading before mounting a heatsink and wipes off with a dry tissue, so no cleaning alcohol is needed. It is non-conductive and non-corroding, eliminating short-circuit risk. Buyers who need larger volumes for many builds or industrial use should look elsewhere.
3.5g syringe yields roughly 3 to 20 applications
Depending on socket size, the pack covers about three uses on large TR4 platforms, fifteen on AM4 or LGA1700, and twenty on LGA1200. Recommended storage life is three years and usable life on a CPU up to five years. This quantity decides whether the tube matches your service schedule.
