This 128GB DDR4 2933 CL21 4Rx4 288-pin Load Reduced DIMM is built for Fujitsu PRIMERGY CX2550 M5, CX2560 M5, RX2530 M5, RX2540 M5 and RX4770 M5 systems. It operates at 1.2V with ECC error correction and a registered load-reduced buffer. The module replaces Fujitsu part numbers S26361-F4083-L428, S26361-F4083-E428 and S26361F4083L428. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or with unbuffered or registered ECC memory.

Sustained throughput at 2933 MT/s with CL21 latency

Rated at PC4-23400, the module maintains its 2933 MT/s data rate under continuous server workloads rather than only in short bursts. CAS latency of 21 cycles applies at the rated speed, and backward compatibility allows operation at 2666, 2400 and 2133 MT/s when the platform requires it. The 4Rx4 organisation and load-reduced architecture keep electrical loading low across fully populated memory channels.

Low-voltage operation at 1.2V without a heat

The DIMM draws power at the standard DDR4 1.2V level and ships without a heat spreader, relying on chassis airflow for cooling. In typical server configurations the module runs within JEDEC thermal limits without adding audible fan noise. Power draw scales with population density, and the load-reduced design helps minimise the per-channel current demand during sustained memory-intensive tasks.
