ThinkAgile ECC RDIMM upgrade

This 16GB DDR4 2933MHz registered DIMM targets Lenovo ThinkAgile HX3520-G, HX3521-G, HX5520, HX5521 and HX7520 servers running Xeon SP Gen 2 processors. It delivers ECC error correction for workloads that cannot tolerate silent data corruption.

Registered DDR4 limits

The module operates at 1.2V with CL21 latency and a 2Rx8 organisation. Registered buffering adds one clock cycle of address delay, so it cannot be mixed with unbuffered DIMMs. Backward compatibility covers 2133MHz, 2400MHz and 2666MHz bus speeds.
