Target Platform

This 256GB kit contains two 128GB DDR5 4800 CL40 4Rx4 ECC registered RDIMM modules built for Cisco UCS C220 M7 SFF, C240 M7 SFF, X210c M7 and X410c M7 servers. It replaces Cisco part UCSMR128G4RE1 and is not compatible with standard desktop computers or unbuffered and load-reduced memory types.

Build Integration

Each module uses a 288-pin DDR5 form factor and operates at 1.1V, requiring a server platform that supports registered ECC memory. The dual-module layout fills two slots and leaves remaining DIMM sockets available for further capacity expansion within the validated Cisco systems.

Thermals and Power

Modules run at the standard 1.1V DDR5 voltage without integrated heat spreaders, relying on chassis airflow for cooling.
