System-Specific ECC Registered Kit

This OWC kit provides 256GB of DDR4 2933 ECC Registered memory across eight 32GB modules. It is built for the Cisco HX220c M5, HX240c M5, HXAF220c M5, HX-E-220M5SX and C480 ML M5 servers. The modules run at 1.2V with CL21 timing and a 2Rx4 rank configuration. Standard desktop computers cannot use this memory.

Eight-Module Population

The kit delivers a full 256GB in matched 32GB DIMMs so all channels can be populated at once. Each module is a 288-pin Registered DIMM with on-die ECC for error correction in server workloads. No heat spreaders are fitted, matching the original Cisco HXMRX32G2RTH, HXSPM32G2RTH and UCSMRX32G2RTH part numbers. The set is also backward compatible with 2133, 2400 and 2666MHz operation.
