The 260-pin form factor fits the SO-DIMM slots in these NAS units without modification. Builders needing ECC registered memory or a different capacity should look elsewhere.

The module runs at the standard 1.2V DDR4 voltage with CL19 latency at 2666 MT/s. It is an unbuffered, non-ECC design that operates within JEDEC specifications for typical NAS operating temperatures. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow through the chassis handles thermal dissipation during normal multi-tasking. Power draw stays at the low level defined for 1.2V SO-DIMM parts.
