The Partaker A5 is a 15 inch all-in-one computer built around an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor with 16GB of DDR4 memory, a 256GB SSD and a 1TB hard drive. Its IP65-rated front panel and high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen are designed for continuous operation in factories, kiosks or outdoor cabinets where dust and water ingress are daily concerns. The fanless aluminium chassis keeps the system completely silent while dissipating heat passively across a wide operating range. Windows 11 Pro ships pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Fanless thermal design

An aluminium alloy chassis replaces active cooling, so the unit runs without any fan noise in environments from 0 to 50 °C when the SSD is the primary drive and 0 to 40 °C when the mechanical hard drive is in use. Passive heat spreading allows 24/7 duty cycles without the maintenance or failure risk of moving parts. The DC 12 V input accepts 100–240 V AC through the supplied adapter, drawing power only for the processor, memory, storage and the 350 cd/m² backlight. A hardware watchdog timer can reset the system automatically after a fault.

Expansion slots and mounting

Two M.2 sockets — one Key E for WIFI6 and one Key B for 5G with a SIM slot — let integrators add wireless connectivity without opening the sealed front. The 2.5 inch SATA bay and the M.2 2260/2280 slot accept additional SSD or HDD modules for local data logging. VGA, HDMI, dual LAN, dual COM, four USB ports and audio jacks cover legacy PLCs, barcode scanners and modern peripherals alike. Embedded, wall, desktop or cantilever mounting is supported using the included buckle kit and the 348 × 272 mm cut-out template.
