Compact 1U Rackmount NAS
The Synology RS422+ is a 4-bay rackmount network-attached storage server delivered fully assembled with four 12TB enterprise-class drives for 48TB total capacity. It runs the DiskStation Manager operating system and targets small businesses and homelab owners who need centralised file storage, sharing, synchronisation and backup in a space-saving chassis.
Dual 1GbE Network Limits
Two RJ-45 Gigabit ports provide link aggregation and failover, capping throughput at one gigabit per second per port unless aggregation is configured.
