288-Pin DDR5 Modules Need Compatible Motherboard
Each stick uses the standard 288-pin DDR5 form factor and runs at 1.45V to reach 8000 MT/s. The motherboard must support DDR5 and EXPO to apply the 38-48-48-128 timings automatically. Two DIMM slots are occupied, leaving remaining slots free for future expansion if the board provides four slots. No ECC function is present.
Aluminium Heatspreaders Handle 1.45V Operation
The CNC-cut aluminium heatspreaders with mirrored gold finish dissipate heat from the hand-screened ICs and 10-layer PCB during sustained 1.45V operation.
