This configuration targets virtualisation hosts, database nodes and compute clusters that need high core counts and large memory capacity in a 2U rack footprint.

512GB DDR4 with 3TB ceiling

The installed 512GB provides immediate headroom for dense VM workloads or in-memory analytics. Maximum supported capacity reaches 3TB when all DIMM slots are populated with supported modules. Storage is not included; the eight 2.5-inch SAS bays connect to an HPE Smart Array P440 controller for RAID flexibility. Drive selection determines final IOPS and capacity limits.

Dual 500W supplies iLO remote management

Two 500W Flex Slot power supplies deliver redundancy for continuous operation. Integrated HPE iLO Advanced enables out-of-band monitoring, firmware updates and remote console access without an operating system. A quad-port network card supplies two 10GbE and two 1GbE links for segregated traffic. Rail kits are available separately for rack installation.
