LUOM E-yield E02 SATA USB adapter
The LUOM E-yield E02 connects any 2.5" or 3.5" SATA hard drive or SSD to a computer through a USB 3.0 port. The 45 cm cable supports data rates up to 5 Gbps and works with Windows Vista, XP, 7, 8, 10 and Mac OS X. UASP support is included for improved throughput.
Suits users adding a bare drive for backup.
It is not for builders who need an internal drive bay or a permanent mounting solution. Buyers who want a self-powered portable enclosure should look elsewhere. The adapter requires a separate power supply for 3.5" drives, which is not included in the package.
Plug-and-play installation with no driver required
Attach the 22-pin SATA connector to the drive, plug the USB end into the host and supply power if the drive needs it. The short 45 cm cable can limit placement options on larger desks. Forgotten external power for 3.5" units is the most common reason the drive does not appear.

Vprašanja o tem izdelku
What SATA drive sizes can I connect with the 22-pin USB 3.0 adapter?
The adapter connects any 2.5" or 3.5" SATA HDD or SSD, including SATA II and SATA III models, plus optical drives such as Blu-ray, DVD or CD-ROM units.
Will the adapter run at full speed if my laptop only has USB 2.0 ports?
It is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1, so it will work but at the slower host speed instead of the 5 Gbps maximum.
How can I confirm UASP is active after I plug the drive in?
On Windows, open Device Manager, find the drive under Disk Drives, check Properties > Details > Hardware IDs; if the ID contains "UASP" the protocol is enabled.
