This 16-module kit delivers 256GB of DDR4 3200 registered ECC memory built for the Tyan Transport SX TS65A-B8036. Each 16GB stick runs at 1.20V with CL22 latency and a 2Rx8 organisation. The registered design adds a buffer that stabilises heavy multi-DIMM loads in enterprise workloads.

288-pin registered modules without heat spreaders

The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits standard DDR4 server slots and the registered buffer reduces electrical loading on the memory controller when all sixteen slots are populated. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow from chassis fans passes directly over the DRAM packages. Modules use major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix depending on supply.

Low-voltage operation at 1.20V

At 1.20V the kit draws typical DDR4 power for its density and speed, keeping heat output predictable in dense server configurations.
