Server-grade DDR4 ECC RDIMM

This 32 GB registered DDR4 module runs at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency and 1.20 V operation. It is built for THINKMATE GPX-XS12-24S3-8GPU servers and uses major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. The single 288-pin DIMM provides 2Rx8 organisation for dense capacity in a single slot.

Sustained-load behaviour

ECC and registered buffering correct single-bit errors and reduce electrical load on the memory controller during continuous operation. The module is stress-tested under load before shipment to verify stability in 24/7 server workloads. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the PCB manages thermals in dense GPU-optimised chassis.

DDR4 interface limits

The PC4-25600 rating defines the peak transfer rate for the DDR4 bus at 3200 MT/s. Registered DIMMs add one clock cycle of address/command delay, which the memory controller must support. Capacity per module tops out at 32 GB with this 2Rx8 configuration; larger densities would require different rank architecture or LRDIMM technology.
