This 128 GB DDR5 4800 CL40 4Rx4 ECC registered RDIMM operates at 1.1 V and uses a 288-pin form factor. It is built for HP ProLiant DL385 Gen11, DL560 Gen11, DX360 Gen11, DX365 Gen11 and ML350 Gen11 servers. The module replaces several HP part numbers and meets JEDEC and RoHS standards. It will not work in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced ECC memory.
The module draws power at the rated 1.1 V without a heat spreader, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering and ECC circuitry add minimal overhead to the power budget. In normal operation the DIMM runs within JEDEC thermal limits, producing no audible noise of its own. System fan curves will determine the acoustic profile in a populated chassis.
