What It Is and Who It Is For

The PFCTART 114CM kit provides two complete adjustable mounting sets for solar panels. Each set uses 1140 mm long legs and 545 mm short legs made from aluminum angle with a 2.5 mm wall. The hardware suits off-grid installations on roofs, ground frames or RV roofs where a fixed rack is not practical. Builders who need a third array or a motorised tracker will not be served by this two-set package.

Practical Limits of the Mounting Interface

The brackets adjust continuously between 0° and 90° so the panel can be laid flat or stood vertical depending on season or latitude. Angling the array toward the sun can raise daily energy harvest by 15 to 40 percent compared with a flat mount. The supplied DC connectors and the kit’s current rating above 10 A and voltage rating above 50 V define the electrical envelope; systems that exceed those figures require different wiring.

Build Quality and Daily Implications

Aluminum rails with anodized or hot-dip galvanized finish resist corrosion from rain, salt spray and UV exposure. The package includes 8 mounting rails, 4 tilt brackets and a full complement of steel flange nuts, lock washers, hex bolts, wing nuts, self-tapping screws and plastic retaining rings.
