It targets enthusiasts who want visible DRGB lighting on both the frame and the blades while pushing air through restrictive radiators or dense mesh. The single-fan pack suits radiators, top-mounted exhausts or side-panel intakes where reverse flow keeps the illuminated side facing the viewer.
Installation uses a standard 4-pin PWM header for speed control between 250 and 2000 RPM. The integrated fan-linking system lets multiple D30 units connect in series with bridge connectors and screw cover plates, reducing cable count to a single lead back to the motherboard. Builders should verify case clearance for the 30 mm thickness and confirm their board provides enough PWM headers or a powered hub for the desired fan count. The Fluid Dynamic Bearing requires no extra lubrication.
At 30 mm thick the fan exceeds the standard 25 mm slot found in many compact chassis and some all-in-one liquid coolers, so it will not fit every mounting point.
