This full-coverage water block fits Asus ROG Strix and TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4090 graphics cards. It replaces the factory air cooler to transfer heat from the GPU core, memory modules and voltage regulators directly into a liquid loop. Builders planning a custom loop for these specific board layouts use it to lower operating temperatures.
The block uses high-purity copper electroplated with nickel to resist oxidation while an acrylic top provides visual access to the flow path. A high-flow internal design supports running multiple blocks in series without excessive restriction. Top and bottom G 1/4-inch ports allow parallel or serial plumbing configurations. A black anodised aluminium backplate adds rigidity and covers the rear of the PCB without contacting coolant.
Mounting hardware, two stop fittings and thermal grease are included so installation proceeds once the original cooler is removed. The bundled 5 V A-RGB LED strip connects to a motherboard addressable header; it will not work with 12 V RGB headers. Builders must verify their specific PCB revision matches the supported layout before ordering because Asus uses multiple board designs for these models.
