This internal SSD uses the M.2 2280 form factor and a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe 1.4 interface. It provides 1TB of storage for consumer workloads such as gaming, content creation and everyday computing.
Sequential reads reach up to 7000 MBps and writes up to 5500 MBps. Random 4KB performance hits 650000 IOPS read and 700000 IOPS write. The 700TB endurance rating and 1GB DRAM cache sustain heavy write workloads before the drive reaches its limit.
Two patented heat sinks ship in the box: a high-strength aluminum design and an ultra-thin graphene option. The aluminum sink can lower temperatures by up to 15 percent, while the graphene sink delivers up to 9 percent dissipation. Both allow flexible installation without clearance interference.
