Compact 80 mm Fan for EMP-820 Projector

This 80 mm ball-bearing fan operates at 12 V and draws 0.19 A through a three-pin connector. It is built to the 8025 form factor and intended as a direct replacement for the original Nidec D08K-12TU unit used in the EMP-820 projector.

No Extra Accessories or Software Included

The package supplies the fan only, without mounting hardware, cables or control software. Installers must reuse existing screws and connect the three-pin header to the projector’s fan header for power and speed reporting.

Three-Pin Voltage Control Limits Speed Adjustment

The three-pin interface allows voltage-based speed regulation but does not support PWM duty-cycle control. This means the fan speed range depends on the host device’s voltage output and cannot be tuned as precisely as a four-pin PWM design would allow.
