The Thermal Hero NEO pad measures 100 by 100 millimetres with a 1.0 millimetre thickness and delivers up to 12.0 W/mK thermal conductivity. It is designed for CPU, GPU, IC and gaming console cooling where a high-performance interface material is required.

Sustained load behaviour with 30 Shore softness

At 30 Shore the pad stays in the medium-soft range so it compresses evenly under clamping pressure and maintains low thermal resistance over long periods. The silicone construction resists corrosion and oxidation while remaining non-electrically conductive for stable operation at elevated temperatures.
