This 16GB DDR4 2400 ECC UDIMM module uses major brand chips and runs at 1.20V with CL17 latency. It is built for server and workstation systems that require error-correcting unbuffered memory. The single 2Rx8 rank DIMM provides 16GB capacity in a 288-pin form factor. Buyers who need registered or load-reduced DIMMs cannot use this module.
The module installs directly into standard 288-pin DDR4 DIMM slots on supported HP server or workstation boards. It replaces HP part numbers 1CA75AA, 1CA75AT, 862690-091, 862976-B21 and 869538-001 without requiring registered memory support. The unbuffered design frees the memory controller from register overhead. Systems that only accept registered or LRDIMM modules will not accept this UDIMM.
