Server DDR4 256GB quad-channel kit

This 256GB kit contains four 64GB DDR4 ECC LRDIMM modules designed for servers and workstations that require load-reduced memory. Each module operates at 2133 MHz with CL15 latency at 1.20V and uses a 4Rx4 quad-rank x4 organisation. The 288-pin DIMM form factor fits compatible DDR4 server platforms only and is not suitable for desktop or laptop systems.

Sustained load behaviour with load-reduced ECC

Load-reduced DIMM technology reduces electrical loading on the memory bus, allowing all four quad-rank modules to run at the rated 2133 MHz without down-clocking under continuous workloads. ECC circuitry detects and corrects single-bit errors in real time, maintaining data integrity during extended compute or virtualisation tasks. The 1.20V standard voltage keeps power draw predictable across the full 256GB capacity.

DDR4 interface limits for LRDIMM capacity

DDR4 LRDIMM topology supports higher per-module densities than standard RDIMM, enabling 64GB quad-rank sticks in a four-module kit. The 2133 MT/s data rate and PC4-17000 bandwidth ceiling are set by the DDR4-2133 JEDEC standard, so total throughput scales with the quad-channel controller rather than exceeding the specification. Systems must provide native DDR4 ECC LRDIMM support; mixing with unbuffered or standard registered DIMMs is not supported.
