2U server power supply

The Athena Power AP-U2ATX80FEP8 is an 800W single unit built for 2U rackmount and mini-server chassis. It supports ATX V2.3 and EPS-12V motherboards including Xeon and i7 platforms. Dual 40mm ball-bearing fans with a smart auto fan speed controller move heat from the rear toward the front exhaust. The package includes the power supply and a power cord.

800W continuous output

The supply delivers 800W across +3.3V@20A, +5V@22A, dual +12V rails at 32A each, -12V@1A and 5VSB@2.3A. Active PFC corrects the power factor across a universal 88-264V input range at 47-63Hz. Protections include over-voltage, short-circuit and overload. Hold-up time is 17ms minimum at nominal input. MTBF is rated at 100000 hours at full load and 25°C.

Connector complement and headroom

One 24-pin ATX, one P4 4-pin, two EPS 8-pin, two PCIe 6-pin, two PCIe 6+2-pin, eight SATA, two Molex and one floppy connector are provided. This covers dual-processor server boards and up to two auxiliary graphics cards. It does not suit builds needing redundant supplies or more than two EPS 8-pin connections. Operating temperature range is 0-50°C at full load.
