The drive connects through a PCI-Express 5.0 x4 interface and delivers up to 14,100 MBps sequential read and 12,600 MBps sequential write with 1,500,000 IOPS random read and 1,800,000 IOPS random write. Your motherboard must expose a Gen5 M.2 slot to reach these figures; a Gen4 slot will cap the transfer rates.
The module uses the M.2 2280 form factor and ships with an integrated aluminum-and-copper heatsink that must stay attached for thermal control. Ensure the motherboard standoff is set for 2280 length and that case airflow passes over the heatsink; restricted airflow is the typical cause of throttling.
