Sixteen gigabytes of LPDDR5 6400 MT/s memory are soldered to the board and cannot be upgraded.

Dual M.2 2280 slots accept PCIe 3.0 or 4.0 NVMe drives up to 4 TB each for 8 TB total storage. The Oculink port provides a PCIe 4.0 x4 link for an external GPU but does not support hot-plugging; the unit must be powered off before connecting or disconnecting.
