This bundle provides two Intel Xeon Gold 6132 14-core CPUs running at 2.60 GHz with a 3.70 GHz turbo frequency and 19.25 MB L3 cache each. It includes 256 GB of DDR4-2666 ECC memory configured as eight 32 GB modules and 7.68 TB of enterprise SATA storage across four 1.92 TB SSDs. Thermal paste is supplied for installation. The kit is validated for ThinkSystem SR530, SR630, SR650 and ST550 servers.

The package targets administrators upgrading or repairing compatible Lenovo ThinkSystem platforms that accept a matched pair of 140 W processors. It delivers the memory capacity and SSD throughput specified for virtualization and cloud workloads on those models.
