Raspberry Pi 5 ABS Case

This ABS enclosure is built for the Raspberry Pi 5 4 GB and 8 GB boards and ships with the Armor Lite V5 active cooler already included. It targets makers and developers who want a ready-to-use thermal solution without sourcing separate parts. The package also contains thermal pads, screws and a screwdriver so the board can be installed immediately. The Raspberry Pi 5 board itself is not included.

PWM Fan with 3510 Ultra-Quiet Operation

The Armor Lite V5 cooler combines an aluminium heatsink with a PWM-controlled fan that regulates speed through Raspberry Pi OS. The 3510 ultra-quiet fan works with the thermal pads to pull heat away from the processor quickly. Because the fan uses PWM, it spins only as fast as needed, keeping acoustic output low during typical workloads. Power for the cooler is drawn directly from the board's fan header.

Lightweight ABS Shell with Removable Top Cover

The case moulding is made from lightweight ABS plastic and features a removable top cover that gives instant access to the GPIO header and camera connectors. Cut-outs align with every onboard port including the USB-C power input, dual micro HDMI outputs, USB ports, Ethernet jack, SD card slot and the power button. All mounting hardware is supplied so the assembly stays secure on a desk or in a project enclosure.
