System-Specific 1 TB Kit

This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 1 TB of DDR4 memory across eight 128 GB modules. It is built for the THINKMATE Supermicro SuperServer 510P-M and 510P-MR platforms. The registered ECC design targets administrators who need maximum capacity in those specific servers. Builders using other motherboards or non-ECC systems cannot use this kit.

Registered ECC at CL22

Each module runs at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with a CAS latency of 22 and operates at 1.20 V. The 4Rx4 organisation and registered buffer are the decisive specifications; the host server must support registered ECC RDIMMs with this rank structure or the memory will not function.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Modules are stress-tested under load before shipping to verify stability during extended workloads. The absence of heat spreaders means airflow across the 288-pin DIMMs must be adequate to maintain operating temperatures during continuous operation.
