256 GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit

This 256 GB kit contains two 128 GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs built for ASUS server motherboards such as the K14PA-U12. ECC and registered buffering protect data integrity in multi-socket EPYC 9004 platforms. The modules run at 1.1 V with CL40 latency. They are intended for administrators who need maximum capacity per channel in dense compute nodes.

288-pin registered modules without heat spreaders

Each stick uses a 4Rx4 organisation and major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. The bare PCB fits tight DIMM slots where tall heat spreaders would block airflow or adjacent components. Registered signalling reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing the full two-module population supported by the target board. Installation follows standard server DIMM procedure.

Low-voltage DDR5 operation at 1.1 V

The 1.10 V operating point keeps power draw modest for 256 GB of registered memory under sustained load. No on-board cooling is present, so chassis airflow must pass directly over the modules. In typical server deployments the registered design and ECC overhead add minimal latency while maintaining stability. Acoustic output depends entirely on system fan curves.
