Server-grade ECC RDIMM kit

This 32 GB kit contains two 16 GB DDR4-3200 registered DIMMs built with ECC for error correction in mission-critical workloads. The modules run at 1.2 V with a CAS latency of CL22 and use a 2Rx8 organisation. They are validated for ThinkMate GPU-optimised servers including the GPX-QN4-22E2-4NVLINK and GPX-QN12-24E2-10GPU platforms.

288-pin registered form factor

Each stick fits a standard 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM slot and requires a motherboard that supports registered ECC memory. The lack of a heat spreader keeps the profile low for dense multi-socket chassis. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing larger total capacities in compatible ThinkMate systems.

Replaces non-ECC or slower DDR4

Upgrading from unbuffered non-ECC modules adds single-bit error correction and multi-bit detection for data integrity. Moving from lower-speed DDR4 to PC4-25600 raises peak bandwidth for GPU-accelerated compute. The jump is worthwhile when the server motherboard and BIOS explicitly support registered ECC at 3200 MT/s.
