DDR4 2933 registered ECC limits

The DDR4 2933 interface caps transfer rates at PC4-23400 while the registered buffer adds one cycle of latency. ECC operation consumes extra bits per word, so usable bandwidth is lower than the raw clock suggests. Systems that do not support registered DIMMs cannot use this module.
