Four 128GB modules at CL22 1.2V

The kit delivers 512GB total capacity across four dual-rank 4Rx4 modules running at PC4-25600 with CAS latency 22 and 1.20V operation. Registered buffering and on-die ECC provide the error correction and signal integrity required by multi-socket server chipsets. Capacity headroom suits large dataset caching, virtualisation density and GPU compute buffers. Workloads exceeding 512GB per node will require additional DIMM slots or higher-density modules not included here.

288-pin registered DIMMs without heat spreaders

Each module uses a standard 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM PCB with major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix DRAM chips and no integrated heat spreader. The bare-PCB design fits dense server DIMM arrays where airflow is managed by chassis fans rather than module sinks. Registered signalling reduces electrical load on the memory controller, supporting full population of all channels. Systems requiring tall heat spreaders or proprietary form factors cannot use these modules.
