This NEMIX RAM kit provides 64 GB of DDR5 memory in a matched pair of 32 GB modules. The registered ECC design targets Supermicro server and workstation platforms that require error-correcting, buffered DIMMs for data integrity. It is not intended for consumer desktop boards that accept only unbuffered non-ECC memory.

Verify registered ECC support before purchase

Confirm that your motherboard explicitly lists DDR5 RDIMM compatibility and that the BIOS recognises registered ECC modules. Systems limited to UDIMM or non-ECC memory will not post with this kit. Check the vendor documentation for the exact slot population rules for 2Rx4 modules. Mixing with existing unbuffered DIMMs is not supported.
