Exact DDR5-6400 RDIMM kit for Supermicro H13SSL-NT

This 1 TB kit contains eight 128 GB DDR5 registered DIMMs running at 6400 MT/s with CL52 latency and 1.10 V operation. Each module is a 288-pin RDIMM with 2Rx4 organisation and on-die ECC, built from major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix components. It is designed for servers that require registered memory and will not work in platforms that accept only unbuffered UDIMMs or SODIMMs.

Sustained-load behaviour

The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all eight slots to remain fully populated at the rated 6400 MT/s without down-clocking. ECC detects and corrects single-bit errors in real time, preventing silent data corruption during long-running compute or database workloads. Operation at 1.10 V keeps power draw predictable under continuous utilisation.

Replaces partial or slower memory configurations

This kit replaces any smaller-capacity or lower-speed DDR5 RDIMM set that leaves DIMM slots empty or forces the controller to run below 6400 MT/s.
