This six-module kit delivers 384GB of DDR4 3200 registered ECC memory built for Thinkmate GPX-XT6-24S3-8NVLINK GPU-optimised servers. Each 64GB module operates at 1.2V with CL22 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation using major OEM DRAM. The registered design adds signal buffering required by high-density server platforms.

Fills all six slots in compatible Thinkmate servers

The 288-pin RDIMM form factor installs directly into the server’s DDR4 memory slots without adapters or risers. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing the full 384GB population at rated speed. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow from the server’s existing cooling path passes over the DRAM unimpeded.

Runs at standard 1.2V DDR4 voltage

Registered modules draw slightly more power than unbuffered DIMMs but remain within the DDR4 1.2V specification. The server’s stock fan curves typically keep module temperatures in normal operating range without audible fan ramp. ECC correction handles single-bit errors transparently during sustained compute or GPU workloads.
