Component to HDMI Converter 1813

This converter bridges legacy YPbPr component sources such as DVD players, PS2, PS3, Xbox 360 or Wii to modern HDMI displays. It accepts component video with RCA audio and outputs a digital HDMI signal up to 1080P. The unit is powered by the included 5 V adapter and requires no drivers.

Sustained Signal Conversion

The aluminium alloy housing passively dissipates heat during continuous playback, keeping the conversion stable for extended sessions. Video processing handles 480P, 576P, 720P and 1080P at 50 or 60 Hz without frame drops. Uncompressed audio formats including DTS Digital, Dolby Digital, DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD pass through alongside PCM stereo.

HDMI Output Constraints

The HDMI output is limited to a maximum of 1080P resolution and does not scale lower-resolution inputs to higher formats. Source and display must share the same native resolution for the link to function. The converter is one-way only, from component to HDMI, and cannot accept composite or RCA video as an input.
