Server ECC LRDIMM kit

This OWC kit supplies 128GB of DDR4 server memory across four 32GB load-reduced DIMMs. It is built for workstations, servers and NAS systems that require ECC error correction and registered buffering. The modules run at 2666MHz with CL19 latency and operate at 1.2V. Standard desktop computers cannot use this memory.

Check platform compatibility

Verify that your motherboard supports DDR4 288-pin ECC LRDIMM modules and accepts 4Rx4 load-reduced ranks. This kit will not work with unbuffered or standard registered DIMMs and cannot be mixed with them. The platform must also be able to address the full 128GB capacity across four slots.

Build integration
