Each module uses the 288-pin DDR4 form factor and operates at 1.2 V with a CL22 latency at 3200 MT/s. The load-reduced design reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing the full 1 TB population without mixing with unbuffered or standard registered DIMMs.
