This OWC kit provides 64GB total capacity across four 16GB unbuffered ECC UDIMMs. It runs at DDR4 2666MHz with a CAS latency of CL19 and operates at the standard 1.2V. The modules use a 288-pin form factor and contain no heat spreaders or lighting.

Suited for ECC Platforms Only

The error-correcting code function requires a motherboard and CPU that support ECC unbuffered memory; standard consumer desktops without that support cannot use the ECC capability. Systems needing registered or load-reduced DIMMs should select a different module type.

2666MHz Speed with Backward Compatibility

Rated at PC4-21300 2666MHz CL19, the kit will also run at 2400MHz and 2133MHz on platforms limited to those lower speeds. This flexibility helps when populating all four slots on older workstation or NAS motherboards.
