The Zalman i4 is a black ATX mid-tower that ships with six non-LED 120mm fans already installed. It targets builders who want a finished airflow solution without buying extra fans or configuring lighting. The steel-and-plastic frame includes a vertical GPU mount kit with an adjustable anti-sag bracket. Tool-less panels and a top-mounted I/O panel with USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and audio ports complete the package.

Cooling limits set by the included fans

Front and top mounts accept radiators up to 360mm and 280mm respectively, while the rear takes 120mm or 140mm units. Fan locations mirror those limits with three front, two top, one rear and two bottom 120mm or 140mm positions. The six pre-installed 120mm fans populate the front and rear by default, leaving top and bottom slots open for supplemental intake or exhaust. Dust filters cover the main intakes to reduce maintenance.

Replaces a bare chassis that needs separate fans

Builders moving from a case without pre-installed cooling or a vertical mount bracket gain immediate airflow and a cleaner GPU presentation. The 355mm GPU clearance and 170mm CPU cooler height accommodate most mainstream components, while the 160mm power-supply limit suits standard ATX units. Two 3.5-inch and six 2.5-inch drive bays handle typical storage needs. Buyers who need more than nine expansion slots or a side window should look elsewhere.
