768 GB DDR4 with 3 TB headroom and 24 drive bays

The system ships with 768 GB of DDR4-2666 registered ECC memory across 24 slots, leaving room to grow to the 3 TB maximum. Twenty-four hot-swap 2.5-inch SAS/SATA trays connect to a PERC H730P 2 GB controller supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60, so capacity scales until the bays or the controller throughput are saturated.
