The EN-Labs PWMHUB10S expands a single motherboard PWM header to support up to ten fans. It is designed for enthusiasts who need to control numerous system fans from one point. A SATA 15-pin connector draws 12 V power directly from the power supply, reducing load on the motherboard. The hub includes a 16-inch PWM cable for motherboard connection.
Ten outputs with per-port capacitance
Ten 4-pin PWM connectors each have a dedicated capacitance to protect connected devices. Four-pin fans run at synchronised speeds under PWM control, while three-pin fans operate at full speed. The red header carries the only RPM signal back to the motherboard, so a PWM fan should be connected there first. Without that signal the hub runs at full speed and PWM control is lost.
Passive cooling with adhesive mounting
The black PCB relies on case airflow for cooling and adds no fan noise of its own. Power draw is handled by the SATA connection, keeping motherboard thermals lower. A self-adhesive pad allows the hub to be secured in a convenient location. The 16-inch lead and 2-foot cable length give flexibility for routing in larger chassis.
