Intel Core Ultra 7 155H barebone

The Intel NUC14RVKU7 is a slim mini PC barebone built around the Core Ultra 7 155H processor with 16 cores and 22 threads. It targets system builders who want a compact platform for productivity, media playback or light creative work. The chassis measures 117 x 112 x 37 mm and includes a VESA mount for behind-display installation. No memory or storage is included, so the buyer supplies both.

DDR5 5600 up to 96 GB

Two SO-DIMM slots accept DDR5 5600 memory in dual-channel mode, with a maximum of 48 GB per module for 96 GB total. Storage uses one M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe slot and one M.2 2242 PCIe x4 NVMe slot; no drives are installed. Graphics are provided by the integrated Intel Arc GPU at 2.2 GHz alongside an on-package NPU for AI-assisted tasks such as video-conferencing effects. The 120 W 19 V adapter powers the system, which also accepts 12 V to 20 V DC input.

Thunderbolt 4 and 2.5 GbE
