Encompass RTXL Online UPS

The Minuteman EC1000RTXL2UNC is a 1000VA, 900W online double-conversion UPS delivering true sine-wave output at 120V. It suits servers, network gear or workstations that require continuous power conditioning and zero transfer time during outages. The rack/tower form factor fits standard 2U spaces or stands upright on a shelf. Six NEMA 5-15R outlets provide battery-backed and surge-protected power for multiple devices.

Input circuit and outlet plan

Verify the site supply stays within 0-160VAC at 50 or 60Hz and that a NEMA 5-15P plug matches the branch circuit. Each connected load must use a 5-15P cord to fit the six rear outlets. Confirm the total draw does not exceed 900W so the inverter can sustain full-load runtime. Ambient temperature must remain between 0°C and 40°C with non-condensing humidity for specified operation.

Replaceable battery packs and USB monitoring

Runtime ships at ten minutes half-load and two minutes full-load using sealed lead-acid cells. Extended runtime is achieved by adding BP24RTXL2U or BP24V72RTEXL battery packs without replacing the UPS. A USB port enables software-initiated graceful shutdown and status reporting for supported operating systems. All approvals including cTUVus, FCC Class A, CE, Energy Star 2.0 and RoHS2 apply to the base unit.
