Will this 1600 MHz CL11 kit run at the rated speed on my motherboard?

The modules are rated for DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 CL11 at 1.35 V. The motherboard must support that speed and voltage; otherwise it will fall back to a lower JEDEC setting.

Can I use these four 4 GB sticks together with my existing memory?

Mixing kits is possible but not guaranteed. For best stability use identical speed, voltage, latency and chip density across all populated slots.

Does this kit require a heat spreader or active cooling?
