DDR3L 1600 CL11 1.35V limits

The modules run at DDR3L 1600 (PC3L-12800) with CL11 latency at 1.35V. This voltage is lower than standard DDR3, so the platform must explicitly support DDR3L operation. Registered buffering adds one clock cycle of address delay, which the memory controller must expect. Systems limited to lower speeds or higher voltages will not be compatible.

240-pin 4Rx4 build for Supermicro X9DR

Each module uses a 240-pin 4Rx4 organisation without a heat spreader, relying on chassis airflow for cooling. The kit is validated for Supermicro X9DRFF, X9DRFR, X9DRG, X9DRH and X9DRi motherboard series. Installation follows standard DIMM slot population rules for the target board.
